This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract entered into by and between you ("User" or "You") and Denizcom Limited ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By accessing or using the LocaShot platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

1.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable subscription or credit plan.

1.2 You may not:

2.1 The Platform, including all of its features, functionalities, content, and design, is the sole property of Denizcom Limited. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform are reserved by the Company under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.2 You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement. All rights not explicitly granted herein are retained by the Company.

2.3 Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or use of any content or features of the Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3.1 Your use of the Platform will involve the collection and processing of certain data, as further detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to our collection, processing, and use of this data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Personal data collected from you will only be used for the purpose of enhancing the functionality of the Platform, ensuring security, and fulfilling legal obligations.

4.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4.2 We make no guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated localizations will be perfectly accurate. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all localized content.

5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

5.2 The Company is not responsible for any inaccuracies in AI-generated translations or localizations, or any consequences resulting from the use of such content.

6.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload to the Platform does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

6.3 You are responsible for using the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7.1 The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Localization services require credits, which can be purchased through the Platform.

7.2 Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.

7.3 The Company reserves the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice to users.

8.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account and ceasing all use of the Platform.

8.2 We may terminate this Agreement and revoke your license to use the Platform without prior notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

8.3 Upon termination, all your project data, uploaded screenshots, and localized content will be permanently deleted from our servers.

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

9.2 Any legal disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, United Kingdom.

10.1 We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. If significant changes are made, you will be notified through the Platform or via email.

10.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the changes to this Agreement have been notified will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
